PURPOSE:
PARKING REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY:
PARKING UTILITY
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27-48
(C) AND 27-49 (J) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO TEN HOUR
METERED PARKING LOTS AND MONTHLY PARKING LOTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-48 (C) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to ten hour metered parking lots is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom: (C) Jefferson Lot, the 15 most southerly stalls bordering
Jefferson Street, the east section of the middle aisle and
the northern section of the most western row.
(C) Jefferson Lot, the 20 most southerly stalls
bordering Jefferson Street, the east section of the
middle aisle and the northern section of the most
western row.
Add Thereto:
SECTION 2. That Section 27-49 (J) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to monthly parking lots is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom: (J) Jefferson Lot, the 10 most northerly stalls
bordering Jefferson Street.
Add Thereto:
(J) Jefferson Lot, the 4 most northerly stalls bordering
Jefferson Street.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
