IT HAS COME TO THE ATTENTION OF THIS OFFICE THAT FIVE BEDROOMS ARE BEING OCCUPIED IN THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. THIS CONSTtTUTES ROOMING HOUSE USE WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE DWELLING MEET TilE PROVr-SIONS OF THE WISCONSI STATE STATUTES CHAPTER )J AND SECTION 16-39tA)OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE.
