CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
2. 16-40 (C) NO PERSON SHALL OPERATE A ROOMING HOUSE WITH tlDRE THAN FOUR (4) ROOMERS
.UNLESS HE HOLDS A CURRENT LICENSE OR TEMPORARY PERMIT ISSUED BY THE
HOUSING INSPECTOR IN HIS NAME FOR THE SPECIFIC ROOMING HOUSE.
IT HAS COME TO THE ATTENTION OF THIS OFFICE THAT FIVE BEDROOMS ARE BEING
OCCUPIED IN THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. THIS CONSTtTUTES ROOMING HOUSE
USE WHICH REQUIRES THAT THE DWELLING MEET TilE PROVr-SIONS OF THE WISCONSI
STATE STATUTES CHAPTER )J AND SECTION 16-39tA)OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING
CODE. APPLICATIONS FOR ROOMING USE USE ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE HOUSING
