Item # Description Code 17-36B & 30-36a (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 11/13/2007 No owner or agent shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, which affects property walues in the area. The parking/storing of vehicles including recreational and/or those for sale in/on areas not designated for parking or on lawns is prohibited. The vehicle on the side of the garage needs to be moved to a designated parking area. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/13/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
