Plan approval for the above alterations is being withheld pending receipt of
additional information and/or revised plans. If the additional information
and/or plans are not received prior to November 1, 1982, plans will be stamped
"Not Approved" and returned.
Ind. 51.03 Building must be at least 10 feet from both east and west property
lines. Mr. Joseph Hildebrand has indicated that he was attempting to secure
easements that would assure that the distance between buildings could be met.
However, until those easements are secured, the building is too close to property
lines.
Ind. 51.162 Children are likely occupants of the two apartments above. Intermediate
rails shall be provided, or an ornamental pattern designed to prevent the passage
of an object with a diameter larger than 9 inches.
Ind. 51.16 Treads and risers shall be uniform in anyone flight.
