1. NOTE: Property is located in the Aviation Industrial Park.
2. NOTE: Proposed new access drive on Medalist Drive does not meet minimum standards (i.e.
35'/65') for a class III approach. Must be reconfigured. Revised submission shows alteration and
meets code.
3. NOTE: Per applicant, no change in number of employees will occur with proposed addition. 15
existing parking spaces will be removed for proposed addition. However, 17 new/relocated spaces
will be added to site.
4. NOTE: Exterior lighting is not included in review, as it is not supplied. No additional exterior
lighting shall be installed prior to a photometric plan being provided and approved.
5. NOTE: Signage is not included in review. No signage shall be installed until proper permit has
been applied for and approved.
6. CONDITION: Mechanical equipment location(s) not shown on submitted site plan. Any new
exterior mechanical equipment placed in the street yard (i.e. fronting Medalist Avenue) shall be
screened in accordance with Section 30-35 (1)(5).
7. CONDITION: No open storage area shown on submitted plans. Thus, no open storage of
materials is permitted onsite.
8. CONDITION: Per applicant, new building materials and colors provided will match or closely
resemble existing building materials and colors.
