LNOTE: Planned Development/Condition Use Permit authorized 10/09/07 (see Res. 07-282).
2. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-282, the land area shall be consolidated into a single parcel as proposed.
3. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-282, base standard modifications to reduce the front and transitional yard
setbacks.
4. NOTE: Dumpster location approved but details not submitted to date. Must comply with Section 30-
34(D)(7)~. Revised submission shows details and is approved
5. NOTE: Landscaping quantities exceed requirements. However, the two western-most and one southern
parking lot landscape islands need to incorporate plantings. Plans show no plantings. ReVised submission
shows alterations and is approved
6. NOTE: Photometric plan submitted and is NOT approved. Exterior lighting cannot exceed 0.5 footcandles at
the property line. Plans show eastern lot line in violation as well as portions along the south lot line and
north lot lines. No exterior lighting shall be installed until a revised photometric plan is re-submitted and

7. NOTE: Signage is not part of this review, as it is not supplied. No signage shall be installed until a signage

equipment and utilities must be screened in accordance with Section 30-35 (1)(5) and not be located within
required setbacks. Revised submission verbally indicates parapets will screen units. Confirmation needed
post construction.

Department of Public Works.

4) Windows or other elements are placed on the north and east facades, as

B) 280 Ohio Street; Bridgeview Holdings
A conditional use permit for expansion of an existing planned development to allow
construction of a 2,620 sq. ft. office building addition and parking lot expansion, per the
attached "Exhibit B", with the following conditions:
1) Approval' of a cross parking access agreement with the property to the north.
2) Plans relating to grading, storm water and drainage be reviewed and approved
by the Dept. of Public Works.
