Due to this being an engineered system I contacted the engineer of record on the submitted plans. Mr. Seal stated that the engineering that f,vas submitted is now invalid due to the code changing and the fact that he is no longer the engineer of record for Sunspace. Please submitt he valid stamped plans and engineering for review and approval. Please provide the orrect document which shows that 2(2x4)'s are allowed for the attachment at the house. I also need the nailing and or bolting specifications. I.\re washers required for the bolts? There is no bearing information located on the engineering provided. Please review the pictures that detail 1/4"-1/2" gaps between the osb floor panels and the beams. The angled beams seem to not be properly supported. The fastener at this location is not attached properly at the angled walls. Provide fasteners to connect the beams to the wood columns at the built up areas.
