he following violations were noted at the inspection of the sunroom which was requested by the homeowner on August 13,
2007.

~II dwellings shall be designed by the method of structural analysis or by the method of accepted practice specified in each part of the UDC.
Due to this being an engineered system I contacted the engineer of record on the submitted plans. Mr. Seal stated that the engineering that
f,vas submitted is now invalid due to the code changing and the fact that he is no longer the engineer of record for Sunspace. Please submitt
he valid stamped plans and engineering for review and approval.

Per the information submitted it states that 2(2x8) or 2(2x6) ledgers are required against the house for the floor panels. Please provide the
orrect document which shows that 2(2x4)'s are allowed for the attachment at the house. I also need the nailing and or bolting specifications.

Description IThe wood sheathing panels are to be pressure treated and/or protected from the earth where they are 18" or less to grade. From the pictures
it appears that one of the panels located at the lower sections is missing some of the metal coating.

located on the engineering provided. Please review the pictures that detail 1/4"-1/2" gaps between the osb floor panels and the beams. The
loor panels shall have continuous bearing unless it is proven by structural analysis that it is not required.

Some of the shims under the beams are twisted therefore not providing continuous bearing from the beam to the floor system. The angled
beams seem to not be properly supported. The fastener at this location is not attached properly at the angled walls. Provide fasteners to
connect the beams to the wood columns at the built up areas.
