Remodel lower level per the following:
Frame walls to finish off lower level consisting of a family room, 1,800.00 1,800.00
half bathroom and a office space. Frame in plumbing work at
ceiling areas. Also frame a built-in unit for a TV and audio
components at sides. Unit to be approximately 8' wide by ceiling
height. Square footage of basement to be completed is
approximately 800 sq ft. Walls to be framed using 2"x4"
construction material.
Run electrical work as follows. Install outlets spaced per code plus 3,660.00 3,660.00
a GFI circuit with outlet in bathroom. Install exhaust fan in
bathroom ceiling. Run wiring, install switch and mount a sink light
on wall. A chrome five strip light to be installed above sink. Put in
15 recessed lights in ceiling area with switches. Install baseboard
heating in all rooms with a separate thermostat for each area. Run
one phone line and one cable TV jack located per your choice.
Reconfigure switching and lights in the unfinished storage area and
in furnace area.
Run duct work and install two cold air returns. One in family room 455.00 455.00
and the other in the office.

Insulate walls that are next to foundation using a R13 factor 225.00 225.00
insulation.
Hang 1/2" plasterboard on inside walls and ceilings offamily room, 2,900.00 2,900.00
bathroom, office and under stairs. Plaster walls and ceilings with a
skip trowel plaster method.
Complete a half bathroom. Run water lines and drains for pedestal 1,900.00 1,900.00
sink and toilet. Install a toilet to be color of white made by koehler.
The pedestal sink to be white in color made by koehler. The faucet
to be Delta with a chrome finish.

Install a 3.25" base trim at bottom of walls. Mount a 2.25" wide 1,700.00 1,700.00
casing around door openings. Install five 6 panel masonite white
doors. Put in wood bottoms on TV built in unit with four adjustable
shelves on each side for audio components. Other mise trim needed
to complete project.
Paint doors and all trim white in color. Caulk, spackle and recoat 1,500.00 1,500.00
trim after woodwork has been installed. Spray paint walls and
ceilings one color of choice. Paint material is provided by Sherwin
Williams.
Lay down a pad and carpet over concrete in office and family room 2,800.00 2,800.00
areas. Tack strips to be put down at outside perimeter of walls. Pad
to be a 7/16" thick material. Carpet type can vary slightly
depending on your specific preference. In the bid is a Mohawk
Berber grade 3/8" thick.
Building Supplies- Materials to perform tasks such as plasterboard, 5,785.00 5,785.00
doors, casing, base trim, shelving materials, door handles, tile
materials, framing materials, etc.
Install a radon fan system for sump pit. 800.00 800.00

Material to be oak. To have three doors with one adjustable shelf in
each compartment. The top can be wood or tile. To have a stainless
steel sink that is about 14" square with a chrome finished bar sink.
The plumbing labor and materials is 600.00. Top of bar to be
approximately 32" on top and about 22" on the bottom side except
wider on the bottom where a small refrigerator needs to go. Top of
bar can be wood or tiled. Staining and varnishing of bar area is
375.00. Materials and labor to construct the bar is 1,875.
