Item # 2 Description Code NOTES Compliance No Compliance Date 09/28/2006 he roof is showing signs of serious deterioration and needs to be replaced (PERMIT REQUIRED). All areas where paint is chipping/peeling need to be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant material. The OSB around the casement window is not a suitable exterior material and needs to be covered with a weather resistant material.
