1 16-37A (2) Every occupant of a dwelling or dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean condition
that part of the dwelling, dwelling unit and yard which he/she occupies or controls.
2 18-79.1B The unlicensed/inoperable vehicles shall be removed from the premises.
3 30-32B(5) No vehicle shall park in the designated setback (rear twenty five feet from the
property line) unless there is an existing garage. No garage, no parking even though a
concrete slab exists.
CORRECTION SCHEDULE
Items #1, #2 & #3 shall be corrected before October 23,1995. Previous orders to the
owner have been issued. Failure to comply will result in citations being issued to the
vehicle oweners in the amount of $141.50 per day per violation.
