of Third Street (now vacated), all in the plat of the ORIGINAL THIRD WARD, in the Sixth Ward,
City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, per Leach1s Map of 1894, described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the extended South line of said Block 94 with the West
line of Michigan Street as established by Ordinance filed in Volume 154A of Lis Pens on Page "e"
as Document No. 207598, the place of beginning; thence west, along the extended South line and the
South line of said Block 94 to a point that is 30 feet easterly of, measured along a line that is
perpendicular to, the center line of the former main track of the Wisconsin Central Ltd.; thence
northerly and easterly, parallel with and 30 feet distant from the center line of the former main track
