THE GARAGE ON THE PREMISES SHOWS SIGNS OF SEVERE DETERIORATION WITH THE REAR 1/4 FALLING DOWN AND AWAY FROM THE MAIN PORTION. THE BUIlJ)ING INSPECTOR SHALL DETERMINE WHETHER OR NOT THE STRUCTURE CAN BE REPAIRED.
