1. NOTE: Common Council approved CUP Resolution 08/28/07 (see Res. 07-229).
2. NOTE: Per revised (12/04/07) submission, building has been "mirrored" from original submission and
meets standards. All other components of previous/original submission (e.g. landscape plan, screening,
lighting, etc.) remain unchanged.
3. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-229 a land division consistent with proposed plans must be executed for the site.
4. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-229 access easements for the two internal drives to the Bergstrom Honda site to
the north must be created.
5. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-229 a base standard modification to exceed the maximum illumination levels at
the north property line is approved.
6. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-229 storm water, drainage and grading plans must be reviewed and approved by
the Engineering Division.
7. CONDITION: Per Res. 07-229 an additional two full landscape islands must be added to the interior of the
rear parking lot and two half-landscape islands to the perimeter of the rear parking lot. Plans show
inclusions and are approved.
8. NOTE: Signage is not part of this review, as it is not supplied. No signage shall be installed until a signage
plan is supplied and approved by the Department of Community Development.
9. CONDITION: No mechanical equipment shown on submitted plans. All rooftop and ground level mechanical
equipment and utilities must be screened in accordance with Municipal Code-Section 30-35 (1)(5).
