NO OWNER SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY PERSON TO OCCUPY ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE. THE PREMISES IS STILL STREWN WITH JUNK AND DEBRIS WITH THE GREATER AfvDUNT ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER NEXT TO THE DWELLI NG. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SHALL SUPPLY TO THE TENANTS GARBAGE RECEPTACLE LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD ALL GARBAGE GENERATED BY THE D\11ELLlNG UNITS. GARBAGE IS BEING STORED AT THE FRONT OF THE DWELLING. GARBAGE SHALL BE STORED TO THE REAR OF THE DWELLING AND THE TENANTS NOTIFIED IN WRITING AS TO THIS FACT AND OF PICKUP TIMES AND DATES. GARBAGE IS ALSO BEING PUT OUT ON THE CURB TOO EARLY FOR PICKUP I IN 1991 A BUILDING PERMIT WAS TAKEN OUT TO MAKE REPAIRS/REPLACE THE EAST PORCH AND STEPS. THIS INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE STEPS HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITHOUT REGARD TO CODE AND THE PORCH DECAY WAS NOT PROPERLY ROOVED AND REPLACED. HANDRAILS ARE ALSO REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STEPS. THE BUILDING PERMIT DOES NOT INDICATE THAT A FINAL INSPECTION OF THE WORK WAS MADE FOR APPROVAL. THE SIDING ON THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION WITH AREAS OF MISSING AND/OR BROKEN PIECES. THE SIDING SHALL BE REPLACED TO MATCH. THE ROOFING ON THE REAR PORTION OF THE DWELLING AND ON THE WEST PORTION LOWER IS IN EXTREMELY POOR CONDITION ALLO~lING DAMAGE TO OFFIT AREA ON THE WEST AND SAGG I NG AT THE REAR I THE ROOF SHAL BE R VED TO THE SHEETING AND PROPERY REPLACED. THIS INSPECTION WAS MADE FOLLOWING CONTINUED COMPLAINTS CONCNERNING TI- MAINTENANCE OF THE PROPERTY AND YOUR FAILURE TO SEE THAT THE TENANT CLEANED UP THE MESS FOLLOWING VERBAL ORDERS TO YOU FROM THIS OFFICE, VIOLATIONS f.2J tf3J & #4 SHALL BE CORRECTED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 20J 1993 FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN CITATIONS BEING ISSUED ON THAT DATE, VIOLATIONS #10 & #11 SHALL BE CORRECTED ON OR BEFORE APRIL 27J 1993.
