NO OWNER SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY PERSON TO OCCUpy ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE. THE PREMISES IS STILL STREWN WITH JUNK AND DEBRIS WITH THE GREATER AMOUNT ON THE SOUTHEAST CORNER NEXT TO THE DWELLING. THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY SHALL SUPPLY TO THE TENANTS GARBAGE RECEPTACLE LARGE ENOUGH TO HOLD ALL GARBAGE GENERATED BY THE D\o'/ELLING UNITS. GARBAGE IS BEING STORED AT THE FRONT OF THE DWELLING. GARBAGE SHALL BE STORED TO THE REAR OF THE DWELLING AND THE TENANTS NOTIFIED IN WRITING AS TO THIS FACT AND OF PICKUP TIMES AND DATES. GARBAGE IS ALSO BEING pm OUT ON THE CURB TOO EARLY FOR PICKUP I IN 1991 A BUILDING PERMIT WAS TAKEN OUT TO MAKE REPAIRS/REPLACE THE EAST PORCH AND STEPS. THIS INSPECTION REVEALED THAT THE STEPS HAVE BEEf\ REPLACED WITHOUT REGARD TO CODE AND THE PORCH DECAY WAS NOT PROPERLY ROOVED AND REPLACED. HANDRAILS ARE ALSO REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STEPS. THE BUILDING PERMIT DOES NOT INDICATE THAT A FINAL INSPECTION OF THE WORK WAS ML\DE FOR APPROVAL. THE SIDING ON THE DWELLING IS IN POOR CONDITION WITH AREAS OF MISSING AND/OR BROKEN PIECES. THE SIDING SHALL BE REPLACED TO MATCH. THE RooFI~G ON THE REAR PORTION OF THE DWELLING AND ON THE WEST PORTION LOWER I SIN EXTREMELY POOR.
