be notified in writing to remove or cause to be removed or make any changes or repairs determined by the Electrical Inspector. Failure to

Every floor, floor covering, wall, ceiling, kitchen counters & tops, cupboards & exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. All areas where
he flooring has been damaged by water need to be taken up and replaced. The wall areas that have been damaged shall be repaired by
installing sheetrock appropriately finishing it off. Both storm doors are in need of maintenance (closures and catches).

floors. Common area smoke detectors (basements) are the sole responsibility of the property owner. The owner shall replace batteries once
per year or at the beginning of new tenancies. Written responsibilities shall be given to the occupants concerning smoke detectors.

and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance Code. This dwelling unit cannot be
occupied again until a reinspection has been made to verify that all the required repairs have been made.

Summary It is recommended that you begin a self-inspection program of all of your properties to assure they all meet the requirements of
he Oshkosh Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance Code. Future violations will be cited along with written orders
o correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/28/2007
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
