Code 16-34A(3)(a) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/04/2007 IMMEDIATELY -- ~hen electrical equipment is found to be to be unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the person owning or using such equipment shall be notified in writing to remove or cause to be removed or make any changes or repairs determined by the Electrical Inspector. Failure to comply can result is the disconnection of the electrical service. Code 16-35A(1)(a) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/28/2007 Every floor, floor covering, wall, ceiling, kitchen counters & tops, cupboards & exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. All areas where he flooring has been damaged by water need to be taken up and replaced. The wall areas that have been damaged shall be repaired by installing sheetrock appropriately finishing it off. Both storm doors are in need of maintenance (closures and catches). Code 16-35A(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/28/2007 --- Cracked/damaged/leaking fixtures or other plumbing conditions, which create un-sanitary conditions or unusable fixtures, shall be eplaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit. The leak needs to be found and repaired. LICENSED PLU~BER IS REQUIRED. The tenant has stated that flying ~nts are in the ceiling in a bedroom and make their way into the bedroom through an electrical fixture. Item # 14 Description Code 16-35A(6) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/28/2007 No owner or operator shall rent to any other person for occupancy or allow any person to occupy any dwelling unit or premises unless it is safe and clean and complies with all provisions of the Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance Code. This dwelling unit cannot be occupied again until a reinspection has been made to verify that all the required repairs have been made. OS/29/2007 Last Updated Summary It is recommended that you begin a self-inspection program of all of your properties to assure they all meet the requirements of he Oshkosh Minimum Housing Code and Property Maintenance Code. Future violations will be cited along with written orders o correct. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/28/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
