Cracked/damaged/leaking fixtures or other plumbing conditions, which create un-sanitary conditions or unusable fixtures, shall be
replaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit. Leaking plumbing under kitchen sink, toilet is reported to leak through the base and the
Ixture on the tub needs to be replaced because it is mounted below the floor rim.

or all work to be done in rental units. Plumbing has been done without the required permits. A permit is required to be obtained for the
