eyesore and/or hazard. In residential districts, accessory off-street parking facilities provided for residential uses shall be solely for the parking
of passenger vehicles of occupants. The truck located in the driveway shall be removed from the premises.

conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Chimney, garage siding, areas where paint is chipping/peeling and the
roof all need to be repaired. The roof has deteriorated to the point where it requires replacement.
