Dear Mrs. Hawley:
As I disoussed with you on Thursday, November 8, 1990, the reason
we posted your building project with a Stop Work Order, was to
prevent any further work from occurring until we were ablato
oomplete a full zoning review of your project. After determining
the setbacks of the addition from the property lines and to the
garage, we vere able to find tha~ thisa~~!t!op does meet the
Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance.
Your addition meets the following criteria for an addition to a
non-conforming Use and structure:
L Section 304 ( B)(2 ) This addition doe sn 0 t exceed 5 0 percent
of the current assessed value for the structure.
2. Section 30-4(B)(1)(b) and (d) This addition does not
increase the dimensional non-conformity of the struoture.
3. Section 30-4(A)(3) The use of the rear room addition has not
been disoontinued for more than 12 months.
1i. Section 30-4(A)( 1) The non-conforming use is not being
expanded. The rea :r add i t ion i sr e p 1 a e i n g an existing
portion of the legal non-conforming use.
Based on the inf9rmatio~above you may legally proceed with your
