RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON THIS PROPERTY. ANY FURTHER VIOLATIONS OF

Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean & safe condition that part of the dwelling unit or yard he occupies
and controls. The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded and tenant
eviction proceedings are initiated. APPARENTLY YOU DID NOT CARRY OUT THE EVICTION YOU INDICATED TO ME WAS
GOING TO TAKEN PLACE. THE PROPERTY OWNER WILL BE CITED FOR ANY FURTHER VIOLATIONS ON THIS
PREMISES.
