The complaint was of garbage and debris and exterior deterioration to the dwelling. Orders were issued on July 27,2004 to correct the violations noted below. Several of these are similar to the ones complained about today. Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/03/2004 IMMEDIATELY No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, generating complaints & which affects propertyvalues in the area. Code 16-37A (2) Compliance Not Checked Compliance Date 08/03/2004 IMMEDIATELY Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean, safe & code compliant condition that part of the dwelling unit or vard he occupies and controls. The owner will not be held responsible except for grass cutting if the names of occupants lireating violations are forwarded to this office.
