On January 24, 2004 a complaint was forwarded to this office concerning the maintenance of the exterior of this dwelling unit.
The complaint was of garbage and debris and exterior deterioration to the dwelling. Orders were issued on July 27,2004 to
correct the violations noted below. Several of these are similar to the ones complained about today.
Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 08/03/2004 IMMEDIATELY
No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any condition, which creates a public nuisance and
eyesore, generating complaints & which affects propertyvalues in the area. See Photos dated 6/1/05 for locations and
specifics on violations noted.
Code 16-37A (2) Compliance Not Checked Compliance Date 08/03/2004 IMMEDIATELY
Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean, safe & code compliant condition that part of the dwelling unit or
vard he occupies and controls. The owner will not be held responsible except for grass cutting if the names of occupants

Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date and forward a written compliance schedule to avoid
urther activity by this office.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/30/05
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. arid 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
