includes holes in the top and bottom plates, slits and holes in electrical boxes, gaps
aroUhd.lleating ducts, and holes in the return air spaces. .
The building placard must be posted on site at all times. Once the rough framing is up
the placard must be posted on the patio door or on a kitchen window. If the placard is not
present at any inspection, stop work orders will be posted. Additional placards can be
obtained through our department if the cards ar~ misplaced.
All mechanicals must be roughed in prior to requesting the rough building inspection. If
"on-the inspection the mechanicals are not roughed in, the inspection will fail and a $100
re-inspection fee will be charged.
Appliances suchas tlie stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer are notto be set in place due
to ~e electrical insp~ctor needing to look at the power serving the appliances:

belongings are allowed in the dwelling. If occupancy is required prior to the completion
