This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Please clean up any junk/debris that is Istored in front of the truck. Item # 2 Description Last Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call forreinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date atthe bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/2/2007 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
