The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not ~chieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. 09/29/2006 Last Updated Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for non-compliance.
