In accord with Chapter 145, Wisconsin Statute, and COMM 81 through 85, Wisconsin Administrative Code, the plumbing plans and specifications are approved contingent upon compliance with the stipulation(s) noted below. 1. No horizontal dry vent connection allowed below the midline of the drain served COMM 82.31 2. The three compartment scullery sink shall be direct connected to the drain vent system per COMM 82.32 3. The containment reduced pressure principal back flow preventer shall be registered with the Department in Madison, the device is not required by state or local regulations per COMM 82.20, but if installed shall be tested at least annually and reports filed with the test results. 4. Installation of a pressure boost pump requires a low pressure supply side energy cut off be installed per COMM 82.40 5. The installation of one full size stack extended undiminished in size to the roof is required under COMM 82.31 for each building sewer installed. 6. Building sanitary sewer shall be accessible by clean out so that no more than 100 feet of developed length exists between full size clean out access per COMM 82.35 7. Exterior sewer c1eanouts installed in areas subject to vehicular traffic shall terminate in a concrete pad per COMM 82.35 In the event installation of this plumbing system has not commenced within two years from this date, this approval shall become void. A new application accompanied by full examination fees shall be filed and an updated approval received before work may 'commence. In granting this approval, the City of Oshkosh or its representative does not hold itself liable for any defects in plans or specifications, plan omissions, examination oversight, construction or s~ any damage that may result in or after installation. The City of Oshkosh reserves the right to order changes or additions should conditions arise making this necessary. It shall be necessary for the installing plumber to obtain a plumbing permit from the City of Oshkosh before proceeding with actual installation of this plumbing system or any of its parts.
