I am not positive as to all of their solutions, but I think he understood the concept. #2 This installation will be interesting. The NEC code reference for your installation based on your response would be 110.3(b). The State of Wisconsin reference to this installation would be Comm. 16.18 which states as follows: "Substitute the following wording for NEC 11 0.3(B): Listed or Labeled equipment shall be installed or used, or both, in accordance with any listing or labeling, provided the instructions, listing or labeling do not conflict with this chapter". The words "this chapter" means the state codes and the codes in the NEC which is adopted by the State of WI through Comm 16. I just wonted to touch base with you on what is in process on these items to be sure they met with your approval. 11/20/2007 Lowes 10/29/07 AM Inspection Page 3 0[3 #1 Bus Duct location- The onsite project manager for Lowe's has forwarded this back to the building GC for handling as this work was done on his contract. #2 Display, fixture wire wall penetration - In discussing this with the manufacture he pointed out to us that the display as a hole has a UL label and was manufactured under UL Reg # 962. After talking with him he told me the UL tag was on the front of the display and I then found the tag as he stated. This display has tag # 26UC on it. #3 Raceway support - We plan to take a piece of un-a-strut and attach it to the rack upright and run it up 2'-4' then attach the EMT to it. The current distance from the top of the rack to the bottom of the ceiling is 12' 5". Please let me know if you feel this will take care of items 2 and 3.
