be in a wet location and shall be protected from physical damage. The service panel is required to be replaced due to the exposure to
moisture. -

6.11 the drywall below the first floor is to be removed due to water damage. In addition the insulation and vapor barrier will need to be replaced
and any mold abated. All heating systems will need to be replaced in addition to the water heater. All ducts will need to be inspected,
leaned, and a determination made that no mold is present.

Our office is posting a "Stop work" order and an "Unfit for Human Habitation" order on the job site until a written time frame is submitted to our I
office detailing what is going to be done to repair this structure. This is being done due to the fact that we do not have an owner that we can
contact due to foreclosure. Permits will also be required to be obtained by licensed contractors for all work conducted.
