Failure to clear the lot of junk and debris including building materials, cast iron tub,
stove, cinder blocks, and old doors.
Mun 7-48
Failure to raze the dilapidated detached garage.
Brief history review: Orders were issued on 10/20/98 to raze the detached garage and remove the debris from
the property. The owner requested an extension of 12/20/98 and ensured this office that the garage and debris
would be removed and the property condition would be maintained in good order. On 1/25/99 an inspection of
the property revealed that no attempt had been made to clean up the property or to raze the garage. NOTE:
there was no contact from the owner to request an additional extension. (SEE PHOTOS)
