RE: Violations at 944 Dove St.
Dear Mr. Anderson,
Our office has reviewed the timeline submitted for the required repairs at 944 Dove St. Although we
have not received a written request asking for an extension on your building permit, our office is
assuming the timeline is your request to continue to repair this structure. According to your timeline the
following orders will be complete and approved by:
1. Electrical final approved by 1/17/99
2. Bathroom door installed by 1/17/99
3. The furnace installation and required clearances to the b-vent by 1/17/99
4. Secure gas line for the water heater by 1/17/99
5. All draftstopping and firestopping by 1/17/99
6. All siding, soffit, and fascia installed by 3/31/99
7. Enclosing and venting of the crawlspace by 3/31/99
8. Sidewalk poured and uniform risers for the entrance by 3/31/99
9. Roofrepairs for the front porch, re-roofing entire house, and venting the attic by 4/28/99
The above referenced orders are required to be completed and inspected for approval by the dates you
submitted. A raze order will be issued if the items are not completed by the deadlines listed above.
Please note continued occupancy ofthis structure violates section 7-31 and 7-32 of the Municipal Code
and will constitute daily citations.
Please apply for the required building and electrical permit within the next 10 days. If you have any
