HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-301 OCTOBER 23, 2007 07 -301 RESOLUTION CARRIED 4-2 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: INITIATED BY: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; APPROVE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT I 500 BLOCK, JEFFERSON STREET JAMES PUTMAN, PETITIONER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved w/conditions BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that a conditional use permit for the planned development to construct a 1 a-stall parking lot, per the attached, is hereby approved with the following conditions: 1) Base code modification to reduce the north lot line transitional yard setback from 20 ft. to 5 ft. and zero (0) ft. as depicted. 2) Base code modification to reduce the west property line setback from 25 ft. to zero (0) ft. as depicted. 3) Increase the southern lot line setback the greatest distance possible without affecting the function of the parking lot. 4) Landscape plan, meeting the standards of the Municipal Code, be approved by the Department of Community Development. 5) Stormwater, drainage and grading plan, meeting the standards of the Municipal Code, be approved by the Department of Public Works. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh hereby approves of the Planned District Overlay and development plan per the attached.
