When the Electrical Inspector finds any electrical equipment to be unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the person owning or using such equipment shall be notifed in writing to remove or cause to be removed or make any changes or repairs determined by the Electrical Inspector. 2. In the event of damage to an electrical service, whether by storm, deterioration, vandalism, or other causes, all electrical service, 60 Amperes or less shall be replaced. 3. At the time of service change, the wiring of rental dwellings shall be brought up to at least the requirements of the Minimum Housing Code. 4. Failure to comply with orders to correct will result in Wisconsin Public Service being directed by this office to be disconnected at 12:00 noon, March 10, 2004. I have asked Cumings to take care of it and they are scheduling it. I have not heard yet a completion date. I will call them to expedite the matter.
