No owner or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints & affects property values. This includes the proper storage of garbage. Porches
hall be kept free of refuse or stored material. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles are prohibited and shall be removed
rom the premises or stored inside out of public view. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE
REQUIREMENT.

Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean &safe condition that part of the dwelling unit or yard he occupies
and controls. The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded and tenant
eviction proceedings are initiated. If this violation {created by the occupants} continues to occur on this property citations in
he amount of $194.00 will be issued to the occupant on a daily basis.

Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236-5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. If these
violations {created by the occupants} continues to occur on this property citations in the amount of $194.00 will be issued tothe
occupant on a daily basis.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/26/03 OWNER CONTACT
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
