SEE ITEM #1 - UNLICENSED VEHICLE OWNED BY PAUL ADDIS Code 17-36B Compliance Yes Compliance Date 02103/2003 IMMEDIATELY No owner or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints & affects property values. This includes the proper storage of garbage. Porches hall be kept free of refuse or stored material. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles are prohibited and shall be removed rom the premises or stored inside out of public view. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT. Code 16-37A (2) Compliance Yes Compliance Date 02/03/2003 IMMEDIATELY Every occupant of a dwelling unit shall maintain in a clean &safe condition that part of the dwelling unit or yard he occupies and controls. The owner will not be held responsible if the names of occupants creating violations are forwarded and tenant eviction proceedings are initiated. If this violation {created by the occupants} continues to occur on this property citations in he amount of $194.00 will be issued to the occupant on a daily basis. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE REQUIREMENT ON OTHER PROPERTY YOU OWN 2/24/03 Last Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236-5137} will result in citations being issued and court action pursued. If these violations {created by the occupants} continues to occur on this property citations in the amount of $194.00 will be issued tothe occupant on a daily basis. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
