Dear Allyn & Todd:
As you are aware, VVhitefield Industrial Coatings located at 2800 North Main Street is currently
experiencing tremendous growth. As we add new people to the organization we are running into office
space limitations due to the ongoing construction of the plant and office space. The office space is
scheduled to be completed by June 2008. This letter is a request for adding portable office space to our
parking lot for a period of time running from October 15, 2007 through June 15, 2008.
Since this is temporary office space, we are also requesting the accessibility requirements one finds for a
permanent structure, be waived for the time period between October 15,2007 through June 15' 2008.
The temporary structure is for Administrative purposes only. It will only be entered by hired VVhitefield
Industrial Coating employees. The accessibility for this temporary structure will be assessed on a as
needed basis.
Attached you will find blue prints which highlights the area we plan to place the temporary trailer.
As oftoday we have employees ready to join our organization in Oshkosh. VVe cannot provide them a
start date without a resolution to our office space needs. The delay is adversely impacting our business.
Your immediate attention to our needs will be greatly appreciated. As our business expands, I look
forward to working with you and your associates. Please review the attached and let me know your
finding as soon as ible.
