Mr. Hanson,
When we spoke a few months back about the Correction Notice you received, it was
determined that you would submit a schedule of repairs in order to extend the compliance
date on the notice. To date, I have received no such schedule or further contact.
The main issue was the condition of the garage roof, fascia and soffit. Per our
conversation, it was my understanding that you would like to make the repairs to the
garage in the spring/summer of next year. This would be acceptable as long as the other
minor repairs to the house and garage are completed this summer/fall and I have a letter
that states when you will make the necessary repairs to the garage.
Please submit your schedule of repairs A.S.A.P. so that I can update your file and issue
an extension.
Contact me if you have any further questions during my office hours 7:30 - 8:30 am and
12:30 - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday at 236-5137, or if you wish, send a letter or e-mail.
