Brief History Review: Orders issued August 12, 1998 to disconnect the generator following complaints from WPS and the other tenant in the two family dwelling who complained of the noise. On August 14, 1998 the owner ordered the occupants to disconnect the generator. They indicated they had no intention of doing so. The owner was worried about a citation to him and I explained if he issued an eviction notice he would not be held responsible. He agreed to do tlr~~fCApparently these occupants are behind on their rent and owe $1000.00plus for utilities. It is costng them $85.00/week to rent the generator plus gasoline costs.
