IN REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, a certain Land Contract was entered. into by and between Dhaliwal's
Wisco1lsin Bulk Stations Two Inc. as Vendor and Amarjit Singh Sandhar as Purchaser
dated October 1, 2000 and n:corded in the Winnebago County Register of Deeds on
October 10, 2000 as Document Number 1108424 and
WHE.REAS~ Paragraph 4 of the Addendum to said Land Contract made certain
obligati.:ms binding on not only the Land Contract Purchaser but Purchaser's su.ccessors
and assi gns and any future own ers of the property and
'WHEREAS, a certain ~:Varranty Deed between said Vendor, as Grantor, and said
Purchaser~ as Grantee, dated April 30,2001 and recorded in the office of the Witmebago
Register of Deeds on May 9, 2001 as Document Number 1128730 expressly did not
satisfY release, discharge or terminate the provisions of said Section. 4 of the Addendum
to said Land Contract and
'VHEREAS, it is the agreement of all parties to said Land Contract and Warranty
Deed that all rights restrictions, obligations and interest in said real estate of Dhaliwal's
ofWisc()nsin Bulk Stations 2 Inc., a Wisconsin corporation, its successors and assigns, be

IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. All right~ title, interest, claim of whatever type, nature and description of
DhaliwaF s Wisconsin Bulk Stations Two Inc. arising out of the aforementioned Land
Contract and Warranty Deed -with respect to the real estate described in said Land
