Description No owner or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints & affects property values. This includes the proper storage of garbage. Porches
hall be kept free of refuse or stored material. Unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles are prohibited and shall be removed
rom the premises or stored inside out of public view. YOU HAVE RECEIVED PRIOR NOTICES OF THIS CODE
REQUIREMENT.
