contesting the amount of compensation paid for this property. Seller expressly agrees not to

contest the amount of compensation paid for this property as set forth herein.

TERMINA.TION OF INTEREST
IN REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, a certain Land Contract ~ entered into by and between Dhaliwat's
WiscDnsin Bulk Stations Two Inc. as Vendor and Amarjit Singh Sandhat' as Purchaser
dated October 1, 2000 and mcorded in the Winnebago COlmty Register of Deeds on
October 10, 2000 as Document Number 1108424 and
WHEREAS, Paragraph 4 of the Addendum to said Land Contract made certain
obligati,)ns binding on not only the Land Contract Purchaser but Purchaser's su.ccessors
and assigns and any future owners of the property and
WHEREAS, a certain VtTarranty Deed between said Vendor, as Grantor. and said
Purchaser, as Grantee, dated April 30, 2001 and recorded in the office of the Winnebago
Register of Deeds on May 9, 2001 as Document Number 1128730 expressly did not
satisfy release, discharge or terminate the provisions of said Section 4 of the Addendum
to said Land ContJ:act and
'WIEREAS, it is the agreement of all parties to said Land Contract and Warranty
Deed that all rights restrictions, obligations and interest in said :real estate of Dhaliwal's
of Wisconsin Bulk Stations 2 In c., a Wisconsin corporation, its successors and assigns, be
