The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not ~chieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administative fee will be Ibilledto the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
