Code 17-36B Compliance No Compliance Date 10/16/2007 No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, yesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. All junk/debris needs to be cleaned [uP. I By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date. Code 17-36B & 17-44A Compliance No Compliance Date 10/16/2007 No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Dateabove. If compliance is not chieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
