SAFE AND CLEAN DWELLING UNITS AND PREMISES. NO OWNER
SHALL RENT TO ANY OTHER PERSON FOR OCCUPANCY OR ALLOW ANY
PERSON TO OCCUPY ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
THE GAS STOVE IN THE SECOND FLOOR LIVING UNIT HAS.A DEFECTIVE OR DIRTY
GAS VALVE IN THE OVEN- WHICH . ALLOWS -GAS TO ACCUMULATE AND EXPLODE. WPS
HAS CHECKED THE OVEN VALVE AND TAGGED THE STOVE \^IITH-A CAlITION TAG DUE
TO LATE IGNITION OF THE VALVE. APPARENTLY THERENAS AN EXPLOSION LAST
SATURDAY WHICH BLB~ THE OVEN DOOR OPEN. THE STOVE SHALL BE REPAIRED
Ifvt1EDIATELY. THE GAS HAS BEEN SHlITOFF TO THE STOVE BY WPS.
THE BOX EWER BRUSH GROWING ALONG JHEFOUNDATION OF THE DWELLING AND
ALONG THE FENCE OR PROPERTY LINES ~HALL BE ClIT A~ID REMOVED.
THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS WERE DISCUSSED ~'IITH YOU DURING AN INSPECTION
