PLACED FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.
THE DOORS ON THE KITCHEN CUPBOARDS ARE BROKEN OR MISSING IN TWO PLACES.
THE CUPBOARD DOORS SHALL BE REPAIRED.
THERE ARE BROKEN PANES OF GLASS IN THE FOLLOWING ROOMS: SOUTHEAST KITCH

BE PROPERLY REPAIRED AND PAINTED. ALL CHIPPED AND PEELING PAINT SHALL
BE REPAINTED.
SCREENS SHALL BE I NSTALLED ON ALL OPENABLE ~1I NDOWS EQUAL TO 4% OF THE
FLOOR AREA OF THE ROOMS THEY SERVE. .
