PERSON TO OCCUpy ANY DWELLING UNIT UNLESS IT IS SAFE AND
CLEAN, AND COMPLIES WITH ALL PROVISIONS OF THE MINIMUM
HOUSING CODE AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE.
2. 16-33 (8) THE GAS STOVE IN THE SECOND FLOOR LIVING UNIT HAS.A DEFECTIVE OR DIRTY
GAS VALVE IN THE OVEN w-tICH . ALLOWS GAS TO ACCUMULATE AND EXPLODE. WPS
HAS CHECKED THE OVEN VALVE AND TAGGED THE STOVE \'oIITH.A CAUTION TAG DUE
TO LATE IGNITION OF THE VALVE. APPARENTLY THERE\"JAS AN EXPLOSION LAST
SATURDAY WHICH BLB'I/ THE OVEN. DOOR OPEN. THE STOVE SHALL BE REPA I RED
I tIMED lATELY . THE GAS HAS BEEN SHUTOFF TO THE STOVE BY WPS.
3. 18-6g, (A) THE BOX ELDER BRUSH GROWING ALONG THE FOUNDATION OF THE DWELLING AND
ALONG THE FENCE OR PROPERTY LI NES SHALL BE CUT AND ROOVED.
