1. 16-33 (6) The front steps are in a deteriorated condition and shall
be repaired or replaced to Code.
2. ILHR51.16 The guardrails and handrails on the front porch shall be
replaced uith Code comp1icmt guard and handrails.
3. 18-79.1A The exterior of the dwelling is in such condition that it
is reflective of deterioration and inadequate maintenance
~lhich tends to reduce property values in the area. T~e
exterior siding shall be scrapedi primed and painted or
siding shall be installed to cover the exterior.
4. 16-33 (7) The smoke detector in apartment C was disconnected from
the battery. The tenant indicated she ~as never given a
smoke detector responsibilities form. Batteries are to
be replaced yearly and at the beginning of new tenancies.
A responsibility form is enclosed.
5. 16-34 (3) A GFI electrical Na11 receptacle is required in the batll
of apartment C.. Permit Required.
6. 16-35 (3) The cold 'i'Jater faucet in apartment C leaks so badly that
it llasto be turned off at the valve unc"ier the sink.
