The tenant indicated she ~as never given a smoke detector responsibilities form. Batteries are to be replaced yearly and at the beginning of new tenancies. A responsibility form is enclosed. 5. 16-34 (3) A GFI electrical Na11 receptacle is required in the batll of apartment C.. Permit Required. 6. 16-35 (3) The cold 'i'Jater faucet in apartment C leaks so badly that it llasto be turned off at the valve unc"ier the sink. 7.
