NEC230-72 , C The tenants of the second floor apartment have no ready access to the service panel (breakers/fuses). Access is' required by the National Electric Code. A basement door key shall be supplied to the tenants. , The South second floor porch is in an extremely deteriorat d condition with decayed flooring, ceiling and roofing. This porch is an extreme hazard in its present condition to the tenants. Pigeons are also still nesting in the deteriorated portions. A handrai 1 is required on the UPPER set of steps to the second floor apartment. Someone has installed a handrail where one already exists. The North porch, steps, guardrails and handrails are still in a deteriorated condition and shall be replaced to CODE. Alight fixture has not been installed as required on the North entry. The West entry steps are still unsound and shall be made secure and safe. A reinspection will be made on September 7, 1988 to assure compliance. Permits shall be taken out by this time and a concerted effort made to complete the required" work.
