Eichstadt 1820 Vinland Road Oshkosh, WI 54901 RE: Nature Area Exemption Dear Mr. Eichstadt: City Ordinance 18-69, Paragraph D allows an exemption to be granted to provide for nature areas as defined in Paragraph D. In accordan~e with this exemption provision, I have received information from you depicting the nature area west of Beech Street, between Viola and Stillwell Avenues. Upon visual inspection of the site I am granting you an exception allowing the natural area to continue to exist. You still must take appropriate action to prevent noxious weeds, as defined by State Statute. You must also, under the provisions of this Ordinance, take appropriate measures to prevent rodents, rat infestation, or rat breeding areas. There were none seen at the site at the time of inspection. This permit is valid only for 1990. You must apply next year for renewal. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any further questions, please contact this office at 236-5080. Sincerely yours, CITY OF OSHKOSH /. , /' . . 'If, \.. ( r I i_/\,,'LL~6 . ....'\j \~v}. L'-' Boyd A.
