Downstairs tenant needs to clean out the basement and dwelling unit of all junk/debris or other conditions that may contribute to the insect problem that exists. The three entry ~oors are required to be replaced with 20 minute fire rated assemblies and equiped with dead bolt locking devices. All staircases are required to have handrails installed. The damaged loor sections need to be replaced. The stained carpeting should be replaced. The floor in the downstairs@@ bathroom is spongy and most ikely needs to be replaced. All ceiling tiles that have been damaged (water or pieces missing) need to be replaced.
