January 4, 1985 Brinkman Associates 1033 Hazel Street Oshkosh, WI., 54901 Dear Mr. Brinkman: On January 4, 1985 ,I inspected portions of your property known as 140 High Avenue Apt. D. Since 49.01 (1) of the Wisconsin Statutes states, "...the housing provided shall be adequate for health and decency ...", all rentals shall be inspected within (7) seven working days of de- termined GR eligibility for violations of the minimum housing code. During my inspection I noted the following violations which must be corrected before GR rent vouchers will be auth~rized: I.There is a broken pane of glass in the upper sash of the bathroom window. This pane shall be replaced. 2. window. There is a broken pane of glass in the Southwest Living room This pane shall be replaced. 3. The hall light is out on the 2nd floor. On February 4, 1985 , I will reinspect the premises to assure com- pliance with this letter. If at that time the, corrections have not been completed and there has been no contact with this office concerning these violations and their correction dates, the clients will be asked to give the landlord notice that he/she will be va(::ati;ngthe premises.
