All unused laundry sinks, a non-functional toilet and a" bathtub all are creating the open sewers. There is also a stack leaking in one portion of the bas ment dumping alot of water on the floor. Q 20-8A 11-32 Two electric water heaters have been installed in 1987 without permit. Permits shall be obtained. 3. 16-34 (3) A GFI electrical waLl receptacle is required in 136 C ~ the current bath light fixture shall be secured to the wall properly. All bathrooms not equipped with electrj wall receptacles shall be equipped with GFI wall recept cle~. Medicine cabinet ,or wall light fixture receptacJ do not satisfy the requirement for wall receptacles. A reinspection will be made on May 9, 1990 to assure compliance.
