THE ROOF OF THE BUILDING SHALL BE PROPERLY REPLACED BY A
PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR TO ENSURE THAT THE RAINWATER IN-
FILTRATION IS STOPPED. ALL DAf1AGED CEILINGS ETC, SHALL BE
PROPERLY REPLACED.
